1. Education. R. Solt. Jeff Messenger was guest at stewards meeting.

2. Law. R. Rapenport. Amend ART. 8 Sec.1to read:

Any expenditure exceeding $250.00 must be submitted in writing to the Board of Trustees.

3. Health. R. Kirk. No Report.

4. Public Relations. A. Armstrong. Food Drive. Golf Outing. MDA.

5. Safety/Health. T. Snyder. Get dog cards up to date. Summer is near.

6. Social Recreation. Y. Miller. Planning Bowling Tournament. Valentine Dance. COESRA HAS SOME GOOD DEALS.

IV. Treasurer Report.. . Pagano. No Questions.

V. RA. D. Gulley. Reported that HR735 and S 380 Passed and the President will sign. ( Post Office Retirement funding Procedure.)

VII. New Business.

1 Ed donated $50.00 to COLCPE and stressed the importance of donating. Branch will take to Ohio State Assoc. Congressional Breakfast. Stewards get to work in your Stations.

VIII. Good of the Association.

1. Scanners not working. Batteries?

2. Casuals, Conversion to Regular, and attempts at hiring.

3. Internet is taking Business, Clerk jobs are being eliminated and Mail volume is down.
