a. Thank You note from creating Sweet Memories. Picnic clown.
b. Postcard from Ed Thomas in Alaska.
c. Thank you from MDA. Proceeds from golf outing.
2. Bills List. No questions. Bills are paid.
3. Application for membership. One new member - Marc Coakley.
III. Reports of Standing committees.
1. Education: R. Evangelista - Committee is seeking suggestions of subjects for Steward meetings.
2. Law: R. Rapenport - Nothing submitted. No report.
3. Retiree: Absent - Jack Welsh and Howard Henry would appreciate phone calls.
4. Health Benefits: R. Kirk - Members should check out long term care insurance. Good article iun July issue of Postal Record.
5. Public Relations: Absent - Bob Solt had surgery is recovering nicely.
6. Safety/Health: Tony Snyder - Identification badges have been ordered, on some kind of retractable chain. Fire hazard!! Do not
pump gasoline while using cell phone. Remounting vehicle while pump is still disbersing gasoline also a dangerous (static
electricity). Vehicles are supposed to be washed on a regular basis. If you have complaints check with Tony.

1. Use scanners properly. Do not falsify postal records. Your most likely to be disciplined for improper use.
2. Tom Wilson reported that a golf shootout will be held to benefit One New Toy. Had raffle tickets for new driver.
3. Randy Hartman reported $35 donation to COLCPE from Delaware Associate Office.
4. Trevor Payne reported that website has email for Branch officers and stewards.
