I. Minutes of April Meeting; J. LeVally. Approved as read.

II. Secretary Reports; R. Santavicca.

1. Communications. Thank you notes from the Mosely family, the Evangelista family, the Falstick family and Bill Cooke . A proclamation from the City of Columbus declaring

support for the Food Drive.

2. Bills List: Trustee’s have approved. No questions. Bills are paid.

3. Applications for membership. None

III. Reports of Standing committees.

1. Education. R. Evangelista. Inspections are scheduled for Circleville and Canal

Winchester.

2. Law. R. Rapenport. Proposed change to Art. 3 Sect. 1 removed from table after the

two meeting requirement. Change Regular Branch Meeting Time and Stewards

Meeting time From 7:00 PM to 6:30 PM. Passed.

3. Retiree. Absent. It was reported that Howard Henry had fallen and broken his leg.

4. Health Benefits. R. Kirk. Health Plan enrolled 5010 new members.

5. Public Relations. A. Armstrong. Golf Outing June 2.

R. Evangelista reported the significance of the 10 annual food

drive.

6. Safety. A Snyder. Make sure air conditioning is checked. Vehicles should be washed. Tony will check with mgmt.

7. Social Recreation. Y. Miller. No report.

IV. Treasurer. W. Pagano.

V. RAA. D.Gulley. Reported the progress of the negotiations for a new contract.

VI. Unfinished Business. None

VII. New Business.

1. Yana Miller. Motion: Purchase a $160.00 program ad for the Special Olympics.

Second : C.Booth. After short discussion, motion was Withdrawn.

E. Smith. Motion: To purchase a $375.00 program ad for the Special Olympics.

Second: T. Wilson. Passed. Without Objection

2. E. Stewart. Motion: to allow up to $500.00 for the purpose of purchasing a digital camera for Branch 78 use. Second. W. Pagano. Passed. Without objection.

3. Tom Wilson. Announced a golf outing at Arlignton Station on June 9th which will

benefit One New Toy.

2 Eleven members were initiated into the Branch and issued membership pins.
