CCA Roster updated

After a long time of changes/fixes/head scratching the CCA relative standing roster has been updated.  We lost 40 CCA's since the last update.  Some changes I still can't figure out.  Management keeps changing the seniority number of a number of CCA's.  Hopefully I can get an answer as of why.
