CCA Relative Standing Updated (7-3-18)

I've updated the roster as of today.  Once again, management is unable to do anything correct with this.  Ranks change for no reason, hire dates change.  Just to be clear, this isn't the official relative standings according to the USPS.  I attempt to keep the list as accurate as possible with the information I have.  Any discrepancies are notated with date and the discrepancy.
