Online Bidding will be OFFLINE temporarily

The Branch received the following:

Please be advised, HCES will be taken offline at 6am on Friday, Feb. 12, 2021 and will be brought back online at 6am on Tuesday, Feb. 16, 2021. This means, during that time period, employees will not be able to access the automated bidding system to submit bids. The Complement Office has already made arrangements to get extensions on the postings that come out on a scheduled basis. (Cincinnati/Columbus and Dayton)

For those offices that are Post on Request offices, those of you who submit a JB1050 to request a Posting, keep in mind the automated system will be down during this time frame. If you request a posting to open prior to 2/12/21, remember employees will not be able to bid between 6am 2/12/21 through 6am 2/16/21, so you will need to request that posting remain open longer than usual, to allow enough time for your employees to have 10 days to bid.
