Open Season Information #1

As we approach the last days of Open Season, many of our members are still not able to get assistance making enrollment changes using the OPM portal or Customer Service phone line. For those in need, the 2809 form is an acceptable method to change enrollment. OPM confirmed they will accept and process all that are postmarked before the open season ends December 9, 2024. Below are the appropriate mailing addresses. As always, please make sure the members know to keep a copy and obtain delivery proof.

Note: annuitants need the OPM 2809 and actives the SF2809. Annuitants can also fax their form to the following: 202-606-0910.
